Argentinian new right-wing president Javier Milei did the same thing as President Trump did in 2019. He attended the World Economic Forum’s globalist meeting in Davos and criticized the forum’s socialist and globalist agenda, while Klaus Schwab listened next to him. This agenda, as Milei rightly noted, has led to impoverishment, tyranny, and human suffering around the world. Here is a translated edition from Javier’s speech (or the AI has done most of the translation work):
Klaus Schwab has openly spoken in favor of socialism in the past and promotes so-called “stakeholder capitalism” and ESG scoring, which are mere euphemisms for socialism and the surveillance capitalism akin to communist China, where the entire global economy is being forced into servitude to leftist values and wokism until buying and selling would eventually be prohibited for those deemed too conservative in their views, as predicted in the Book of Revelation.
For example, international socialism has been pursued for the last 50 years, not so much in the name of classical Marxism but in the name of environmentalism, feminism, and other leftist “isms.” These “isms” have been based on, among other things, the neo-Malthusian doctrine of the limitedness of natural resources, which has been attempted to restrain economic growth and prevent human reproduction by the likes of globalist think tanks such as the Club of Rome. If these neo-Malthusian anti-humanists had been correct, then the global average GDP per citizen would have had to decrease from the 1800s to today’s eight billion as the population grew.
If the world’s natural resources — on which the entire global economy is ultimately based — were a cake that diminishes as more greedy mouths are in the house, then the increase of additional mouths on the planet would indeed be a threat that we should restrain either voluntarily or by totalitarian means. But the global economy and wealth per capita have grown manifold despite human reproduction. This is simply explained by the fact that people are not just greedy eaters but also bakers who can bake more cakes and obtain the necessary ingredients if the former cake is about to run out. Therefore, the world’s wealth and known natural resources have also increased as more people have been born on this earth.
But organizations like the World Economic Forum do not like this fact because the control of people’s lives requires some pretext. And one pretext is that we are destroying this planet, so the wealthy elites who travel around the world on their private jets must “save” it and brainwash the masses into believing that they are motivated by something other than a desire for power. Just four years earlier, the World Economic Forum called for the shutting down of the world’s economies and the reset of capitalism on the pretext of Covid-19 to overcome that alleged global crisis. Now they are facing resistance to their anti-freedom agenda from people like Javier Milei and Trump who defend freedom. I wonder why Schwab even gave Miles a platform to speak. What did he expect to hear from him?
