Blog in English
On this page, you will find English-language blog posts and translations of selected articles originally published in Finnish. The Finnish-language archive contains 617 posts published from January 2015 through July 2026; by July 2026, 123 of them had been translated into English, with most of those translations produced since July 2023. This means that nearly one fifth of the Finnish archive is now available in English. Since July 2026, some articles have also been written by artificial intelligence. These can be found separately on the Jarvis’s Blog category page. I now use OpenAI’s Codex AI agent to assist with translation, formatting, and the preservation of links and media. I review and edit every translation before publication to ensure that it accurately reflects the meaning and tone of the original article.

YouTube’s algorithms recently brought before me a video from a few years ago that referred to an interesting detail that had previously escaped my attention. I have generally focused only on Charles III’s former title, Charles, Prince of Wales, which he held for 64 years, from 1958 to 2022. This title adds up to the…

I realized today that I have not written any genuinely self-produced text for my blog in quite a while. I will shamelessly admit that the scripts for my recent videos were not written by me, but by a machine. This time, however, I will try not to give in to the temptations of language models.…

What if the greatest threat from artificial intelligence is not that it becomes too intelligent, but that an unreliable AI system is given more power than its actual level of understanding can justify? In this video, I challenge the conventional threat scenario surrounding artificial superintelligence, or ASI, and ask whether the real danger to humanity…

Is AI really coming to replace humanity? Or have we misunderstood what technology actually is? In this video, I explore artificial intelligence from a Christian perspective. Many discussions about AI are built on the idea of man versus machine: human intelligence against artificial intelligence, human creativity against machine creativity. But what if AI is not…

This video is narrated by my first AI-generated digital clone. I have also cloned my own voice, so this avatar looks and sounds like me, complete with a Finnish accent. Digital cloning makes it possible to create professional-looking videos without a studio, camera operator, teleprompter, or perfect lighting. It may even become the way many…

This documentary explores the rise of King Charles III through the lens of diplomacy, interfaith dialogue, globalism and biblical prophecy. Since his coronation, Charles has addressed the parliaments of Germany, France, Italy and the United States, receiving standing ovations in nations over which he holds no formal authority. Through rhetoric, symbolism and appeals to unity,…

I just listened to Charles III’s historic speech before the United States Congress. During his 30-minute address, the King received thunderous applause, and both Democrats and Republicans – something that hardly ever happens even during a president’s speech – rose to give him standing ovations a total of 12 times. British constitutional expert Michael Ellis…

I recently came across a Sky News report titled Battle for the Arctic: Europe’s Northern Front. It described how NATO and Norway are preparing for a potential large-scale conflict in the Arctic. In the report, John Olav Fuglem, commander of a newly established unit in Finnmark — Norway’s northernmost county — told Sky News: “Norway…

An AI video created using NotebookLM based on my article, “The United States Returns to the Moon Permanently with the Artemis II and III Missions.” How did the Bible justify and enable humanity’s expansion to other celestial bodies? Note: NotebookLM is a free AI program from Google where you can upload any file or a…

Something historic is happening today: NASA is sending astronauts around the Moon, echoing the 1968 Apollo 8 mission—the one where astronauts read the creation story from Genesis and broadcast it via radio and television to the people of Earth. This also marks the first time since the Apollo 17 missions in 1972 that humans have…
