In his Majesty King Charles III’s first royal speech on November 7th, where the monarch of the United Kingdom opens the new government session of Parliament, Charles also mentioned the conflict in the Middle East: “My Government will continue to champion security around the world… This includes the consequences of the barbaric acts of terrorism against the people of Israel, facilitating humanitarian support into Gaza and supporting the cause of peace and stability in the Middle East.” In the King’s speech, the monarch mainly reiterates the agenda of his democratically elected government, regardless of whether it aligns with the King’s own personal views. The United Kingdom is a constitutional monarchy, not an absolute monarchy like those in the Middle East dictatorships.
This means that constitutionally, Charles is bound to follow the decisions of his own government and keep his personally divisive political views private (such as how to respond politically to climate change). This is generally how it is interpreted, but the UK constitution seems to be quite ambiguous about what rights the monarch actually has. It does, for example, recognize his “right to be consulted, the right to encourage, the right to warn” (his government ministers). The same constitution also states that “there is no authentic explicit information as to what the Queen (or King) can do, any more than of what she does.” And “Both the courtiers of George III. and the courtiers of Queen Victoria are agreed as to the magnitude of the royal influence. It is with both an accepted secret doctrine that the Crown does more than it seems.” In other words, the constitution of UK seems to confirm the monarch’s right to influence the politics of the country behind the scenes.
So, ostensibly, the king is just a figurehead for the government, but in reality, he can have a significant influence on the decisions that are signed in the country’s parliament, as the Prime Minister discusses the government’s agenda with the monarch behind closed doors on a weekly basis. If the views of the monarch and the government are in conflict, this can lead to tension between the monarch and the Prime Minister, although the monarch does not have in principle right to interfere in the decisions of his government. In the 17th century, these tensions between Charles I, who demanded absolute power, and Parliament, led to the English Civil War, which resulted in the king losing his head (literally). According to Charles III’s biographer Catherine Mayer, he “would have said, ‘I’m going to go down in history as unforgettable as Charles I.’” Charles’s radical climate goals are now in conflict with the goals of his own government. In his November “king’s speech,” he read Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s bill which “will support the future licensing of new oil and gas fields, helping the country to transition to net zero by 2050 without adding undue burdens on households.”
On December 1, Charles III traveled to Dubai to deliver his traditional opening speech at the COP28 climate conference (he also gave the opening speech at the 2009 Copenhagen climate conference, the 2015 Paris climate conference, and the 2021 Glasgow climate conference). Activists are now openly calling for the king to leverage his influential position to influence politics behind the scenes. Zahra Hdidou, Senior Climate and Resilience Advisor at ActionAid UK, said: “While we understand His Majesty must stick to his government’s script on climate, we can only hope that behind the scenes he uses his influence to persuade both men [Prime Minister Sunak and Foreign Secretary Cameron] to abandon their reckless, anti-climate policies.”
“The earth does not belong to us, we belong to the earth” stated Charles, who promotes nature worship. What does the Bible say about this: “The earth is the Lord’s, and all it contains, The world, and those who live in it.“ (Psalms 24:1)
Action like this would essentially make Charles III a tyrant, as he would act against the government’s policy, a government that was democratically elected into power unlike Charles III. It remains to be seen whether this royal politicking will lead to some kind of constitutional crisis, where the people demand Charles to renounce his crown and pass it on to William.

King Charles III and the Gaza War
Charles traveled to Dubai at the same time as the week-long ceasefire between Israel and Hamas ended. The Israeli government has stated since October 7th that the war can only end with the complete destruction of Hamas’s power and the demilitarization and deradicalization of Gaza. This is the only path to peace because Hamas leaders have stated that they do not regret raping, torturing, and slaughtering Israeli women, babies, and civilians, and that they will repeat the massacre until all Israelis Jews are eradicated. In a conversation with technology billionaire Elon Musk, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu compared the war against Hamas to the Allied war against Nazi Germany and Japan, stating that the complete defeat of Nazism militarily, politically, and culturally was the only way to tame Germany and eradicate anti-semitism from the country. But what does King Charles have to do with the Israel-Hamas war? Daily Mail reported on November 11th:
King Charles to hold behind the scenes talks later this month with Arab leaders to discuss a plan for peace in Gaza
King Charles will hold talks with Arab leaders this month to discuss a road map for peace in Gaza, The Mail on Sunday can reveal. He is hoping his close working and personal ties to Arab royals might boost diplomatic initiatives and is holding bilateral discussions, according to sources. It is understood the meetings will take place in Dubai ahead of the COP28 climate summit, beginning on November 30, where Charles will deliver an opening address on December 1. Sources told the MoS that Charles will use the visit to hold talks with regional leaders to ‘promote interfaith harmony and dialogue’. Experts think he will try to ‘nudge diplomacy efforts forward’ by discussing the release of Israeli hostages and more humanitarian aid.
Charles will act as a respected global statesman. He has long been profoundly interested in the Arab world. It is known he believes the West only stands a chance of winning the war on terror by dealing with the Israel-Palestine question, which he refers to as ‘the real toxin’ infecting the whole world. King Charles will hold talks with Arab leaders this month to discuss a road map for peace in Gaza, The Mail on Sunday can reveal. Experts think he will try to ‘nudge diplomacy efforts forward’ by discussing the release of Israeli hostages and more humanitarian aid. The King is well respected in the Gulf States and Middle East, not least for his sympathetic speeches about Islam. He has studied the Koran and has even learnt Arabic.
The week-long ceasefire between Israel and Hamas was established just 11 days after the publication of this news. Did King Charles play a role as a mediator? Qatar’s royal family funded news network Al-Jazeera reported on November 22nd how the truce between Israel and Hamas was achieved through international cooperation. The governments of Egypt, Qatar, and the United States acted as intermediaries to initiate the negotiations.
- The secretive effort included tense personal diplomatic engagement by US President Joe Biden, who held a number of urgent conversations with the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the weeks leading up to the deal.
- Sullivan directed McGurk and another National Security Council official, Josh Geltzer, to establish the team. This was done without telling other relevant US agencies because Qatar and Israel demanded extreme secrecy with only a few people to be in the know, the officials said.
- According to Reuters reports, US Middle East envoy Brett McGurk held daily morning calls with the prime minister of Qatar, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani. He reported back to national security adviser Jake Sullivan, and Biden was briefed daily on the process.
“The Poison of the Middle East”
Was Charles III directly involved in these secret negotiations that began shortly after the October 7 terrorist attacks? It’s hard to say, but Charles has had a significant mediator role in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict peace process for decades. You rarely hear about this on the front pages news, but Tim Cohen documented it already in his 1998 book, The AntiChrist and a Cup of Tea. I also wrote about it over a decade ago in my first (unpublished) book. Charles’ close interest in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict has been reported in later royal biographies as well, such as Robert Jobson’s 2018 book, Charles at 70: Thoughts, Hopes and Dreams.
I cited the latter in my first published book in 2019 and my English book in 2022. In Chapter 12, Jobson said:
In the prince’s view, the only way proper democracy will ever be achieved in Iraq and the West and stand any chance of winning the war on terror is by dealing with the ‘real toxin’ infecting the whole world: the Israel–Palestine question. He maintains that the West must also focus on education and resisting what he believes is a ‘terrible distortion’ of Islam and how it is perceived. Only then – when the wider world embraces the real Islam, combined with a serious collaborative effort to find a workable solution to the Israel–Palestine question.
question – will, in the prince’s opinion, the rage that drives the war on terror start to wane. The lack of a realistic and satisfactory solution to the Israel–Palestine problem, in his view, is the fundamental reason for the hostility and all the ‘pent-up poison’ throughout the Islamic world. ‘I have heard him [Charles] say time and again, “Remove the poison and you remove the cause of so much of the terrorism,”’ the close source said. It is the prince’s core belief on the issue, the source added. A regular and welcome visitor to the Gulf States today, the prince enjoys close ties with the ruling houses, who include some of the world’s last remaining absolute monarchies. On
his visit to the UAE and Bahrain in November 2016, they afforded him great respect. He is seen as a friend of some of the most powerful families on the planet. Among them are the Al Thanis of Qatar, the Husseins of Jordan and the Al Sauds of Saudi Arabia, all of whom have known the prince personally for many years and from whom he commands respect. Charles sees part of his role, whenever he visits the region, to make these rulers, so often ignored by the superpower USA, feel how valued they are to Britain and how important that long-standing relationship is. Charles’s Arab sympathies have led him to be accused of being anti-Jewish and anti-American.
The West’s “terrible distortion” of Islam
This paints a very concerning picture of what Charles really thinks about Israel. Does he think that Israel itself is the “poison” polluting the Middle East and fueling hatred and terrorism in the Islamic world? Or does he believe that the violence in the Israel-Palestine conflict contributes to that hatred? It is entirely logical that if he cannot see how Islamic culture – the Quran and Hadiths – nourish Islamic radicalism and believes that Western people have a “terrible distortion” of Islam, he must explain the existence of Islamic terrorism with external factors such as American or Israeli politics.
However, only such a perspective leads to a “terrible distortion” of Islam and the Middle East conflict. For example, when Hamas mercilessly and deliberately kills Israeli women and children, the reason for that blind hatred must be in Israel, because otherwise we would have to admit that the ultimate reason lies in Islam. According to Islamic tradition, the “prophet” Muhammad himself beheaded nearly a thousand Jewish men and adolescent boys in Medina in 627. The Jewish women and children of the tribe were spared and kept as sex slaves. Hamas’s 1988 charter, in article 7, quotes Islamic tradition (Hadiths) about Muhammad’s sayings.
“The Day of Judgement will not come about until Moslems fight the Jews (killing the Jews), when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees. The stones and trees will say O Moslems, O Abdulla, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him. Only the Gharkad tree, (evidently a certain kind of tree) would not do that because it is one of the trees of the Jews.” (related by al-Bukhari and Moslem).
This genocidal anti-Semitic eschatology that incites violence is often repeated in the mosques of Gaza and the West Bank in the hate-filled sermons of radical clerics. It also demonstrates a clear difference between Christian eschatology and Islamic eschatology. Christian eschatology does not incite us to hate or kill or any groups of people or individual members of those groups. In the Old Testament, there are prophecies related to the judgment of different nations during the end times, but Christians understand that God does not need us to be intermediaries in His judgments.
King Charles’s interest in the Middle East conflict dates back to at least 1986 when he made his first state visit to the Gulf countries with Princess Diana. Although his fascination with Islamic and Arab culture has been known since then, many had no knowledge of Charles’s thoughts about Israel until the British press leaked his letter from 1986. The ideas expressed in the letter seem to be in line with what Robert Jobson wrote about his views on the Middle East.
Dear Laurens, Am on way to Cyprus & Italy having passed through Suez Canal. Lovely having 3 days at sea. This tour has been fascinating and have learnt a lot about Middle East and Arab outlook. Tried to read bit of Koran on way out and it gave me some insight into way they think and operate. Don’t think they could understand us through reading Bible though. Much admire some aspects of Islam – especially accent on hospitality and accessibility of rulers.
Also begin to understand their point of view about Israel. Never realised they see it as a US colony. I now appreciate that Arabs and Jews were all a Semitic people originally + it is the influx of foreign, European Jews (especially from Poland, they say) which has helped cause great problems. I know there are so many complex issues, but how can there ever be an end to terrorism unless the causes are eliminated? Surely some US president has to have the courage to stand up and take on the Jewish lobby in US? I must be naïve, I suppose!
PRINCE CHARLES, NOVEMBER 24, 1986.
Charles’s Duplicitous Relationship with Jews
So according to Charles, the reasons for Islamic terrorism are not rooted in Islam itself – the Quran and Hadiths – but rather in Jewish immigration to Israel and in the “Jewish lobby” of the United States, often referring to organizations like AIPAC that seek to promote positive relations between the United States and Israel. Thus, terrorism is attributed to “Jews,” according to Charles’ thinking. What makes this different from the thinking of Hamas terrorists? “How can there ever be an end to terrorism unless the causes are eliminated?” In this context, this statement sounds like a call for the genocide of Jews.
Of course, no one believes that Charles is planning another Holocaust, as he is also known publicly as a friend of the British Jewish community, and he has given several speeches expressing compassion for Jews, condemning the Holocaust as a crime against humanity, as well as modern manifestations of anti-Semitism. Charles, for example, attended the 75th anniversary commemoration of the Holocaust held in Jerusalem in 2020, during his first state visit to Israel. In 2022, he participated in a Hanukkah celebration in central London and danced with Eva Schloss, the stepsister of Anne Frank who died in the Holocaust.
While British left-wing leaders, such as former Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn, failed to even condemn Hamas terrorist attacks, Reuters reported that Charles was “appalled by the barbaric acts of Hamas” in Israel.** In the same month, Charles met with survivors of Kristallnacht on its 85th anniversary, and Chief Rabbi Ephraim Mirvis praised the king as an example of “loving kindness in a broken world.” Personally, I would consider these statements highly commendable if they weren’t so sharply in contradiction with what Charles actually thinks about Israel and Jews privately.
An opinion article in The Jerusalem Post last month claimed that Charles is a Christian Zionist. Since Christian Zionism originated in England in the 1830s, and Britain initially supported the idea of a Jewish state, the British royal family has historical ties to Christian Zionism. However, the British elite turned their backs on the Zionists in the 1930s and encouraged Arab countries to drive the newly born state of Israel into the sea in 1948. Jobson also reveals what Charles really thinks about Christian Zionism.
The prince,’ one of his circle told me, ‘finds the US society – which in his view contains a “worryingly large element” of born-again evangelical, fundamentalist Christians for whom the Old Testament seems more important than the New, and who take it literally – deeply worrying.’
Charles is not a friend of the American evangelical right that supports Israel, nor is he a friend of the Jewish people, whom he believes have too much influence on American presidents. In 2003, The Guardian reported that “Prince of Wales has strong pro-Palestinian views and is privately critical of US policy in the Middle East conflict.” According to insiders close to the prince, he had “in American terms and international terms, fairly dodgy views on Israel.”
This two-facedness of Charles is completely consistent with what Christians have believed about the persona of the Antichrist for 2000 years. Namely, that this person would initially pretend to be a friend of the Jewish people and Israel, even convincing them to believe that he is their foretold Messiah. But eventually, he would reveal his true colors, initiating persecution of the Jewish people in the footsteps of his predecessors, Antiochus Epiphanes and Roman Prince Titus.1
The real reason Charles has denounced Hamas terrorist attacks is that he is trying to gain a better negotiating position towards Israeli leaders as well. A video report from The Telegraph in October revealed this:
We have always had the Prince of Wales and now King Charles, who has shown an interest in events in Israel and Palestine. In the years when he was still the heir to the throne, he always spoke about the importance of peace between different religious communities. In fact, he has shown a lot of support for both Palestinians and Israelis in the past. If we look at his visit in 2020, he was the most prestigious member of the royal family to visit the occupied territories. And he was very careful during that visit to speak to both sides.
Charles III, Qatar, Hamas ja Israel
Although Charles’s secret role in the Middle East peace process can be traced back to the Oslo Accords in 1993 (see The Antichrist and a Cup of Tea), this is the first time we see Charles stepping publicly as a high-profile diplomat and peace mediator. During the Dubai meeting, he met with Israel’s President Herzog, who asked the king to use “all his diplomatic clout to help free the hostages” . Why does the Israeli president believe that Charles III would have diplomatic influence on Hamas terrorists? Because Charles has very close relationships with Arab leaders in the region, especially the Qatari royal family, who hold significant influence over Hamas. The ruling Al-Thani family of Qatar has long been one of Hamas’s key allies, providing shelter to Hamas leaders in exile. Wikipedia tells:
Qatar is a key financial backer and ally of the Palestinian militant organization Hamas. Qatar has transferred more than $1.8 billion to Hamas. In 2012, Qatar hosted the Hamas party leadership when Hamas head Khaled Meshal relocated from Syria to Qatar. The current head of Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh, has resided in Doha since 2016. Qatar has been called Hamas’ most important financial backer and foreign ally.
Wait a minute!. Isn’t Qatar also an ally of the West and the USA? Yes, and that is why international politics is so confusing and fuels conspiracy theories. The state relations between Israel and Qatar have been complex. In 1996, Qatar became the first Gulf state to establish trade relations with Israel. However, they were severed during the 2008-09 Gaza War where Qatar supported Hamas.
Qatar permanently severed trade relations with Israel in 2009 following Operation Cast Lead. In 2010, Qatar twice offered to restore trade relations with Israel and allow the reinstatement of the Israeli mission in Doha, on the condition that Israel allow Qatar to send building materials and money to Gaza to help rehabilitate infrastructure, and that Israel make a public statement expressing appreciation for Qatar’s role and acknowledging its standing in the Middle East. Israel refused on the grounds that Qatari supplies could be used by Hamas to build bunkers and reinforced positions from which to fire rockets at Israeli cities and towns, and that Israel did not want to get involved in the competition between Qatar and Egypt over the Middle East mediation. However, Qatar did mediation talks with Hamas and Israeli officials.

Did Saudi Arabia aim to occupy Qatar?
Israeli politicians and journalists have often criticized the diplomatic and financial support of the Qatari government to Hamas, but occasionally, it has also allowed it because the assistance does not include weapons, unlike Iran’s support to Hamas. On the other hand, the Qatari government has sought to act as a mediator between Israel and Hamas, and in 2015, it “facilitated discussions between Israel and Hamas in Doha regarding a potential five-year ceasefire”. Something interesting happened in the summer of 2017. During the Obama administration, U.S. Arab allies such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Turkey were often suspected of providing clandestine financial and logistical support to ISIS fighters in Iraq and Syria, as well as other Islamist militants in the Syrian civil war.
Then-presidential candidate Donald Trump brought up this issue frequently, and in October 2016, leaked emails from Hillary Clinton revealed that the Obama administration was indeed fully aware of such support. That’s why President Trump made his first state visit to Saudi Arabia in May 2017 and gathered 50 Arab countries to commit to the fight against terrorism instead of financing it. A month later, a diplomatic crisis erupted among the Gulf Arab countries when Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates accused the Qatari government of funding terrorism. Trump tweeted that the crisis was a result of his Middle East trip .
During my recent trip to the Middle East I stated that there can no longer be funding of Radical Ideology. Leaders pointed to Qatar… good to see the Saudi Arabia visit with the King and 50 countries already paying off. They said they would take a hard line on funding extremism, and all reference was pointing to Qatar. Perhaps this will be the beginning of the end to the horror of terrorism!
The government of Qatar admitted to supporting Islamist organizations such as the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas, but denied funding for Al-Qaeda and ISIS. The diplomatic crisis led to a blockade of Qatar, during which Saudi Arabia even planned to invade Qatar. However, President Trump signaled a red light to Saudi Arabia’s intentions. Trump’s Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson, who had prior business dealings with the Qatari government as the CEO of Exxon Mobil, intervened in the events and attempted to prevent Saudi Arabia’s plans, which is believed to have led to his dismissal from Trump’s administration.
During the diplomatic standoff, Turkey and Iran, along with Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood, supported Qatar. The situation becomes even more confusing in light of the fact that Israel also opposed attempts by the U.S. Congress to add Qatar to the list of states supporting terrorism, despite being one of Hamas’ main state sponsors. According to an article by Sigurd Neubauer in Foreign Policy magazine from August 2020, Israel aimed to act as an “unlikely peacemaker” in the Gulf crisis as part of its broader strategy to promote peace between Israel and Arab countries. Netanyahu’s government may also have sought to maintain indirect diplomatic channels with Hamas, which controls Gaza, by not alienating ro the royal family of Qatar.
In situations like the current hostage- scenario, Qatar’s influence over Hamas could also be an asset for Israel, enabling it to negotiate a prisoner exchange, as we saw in the recent ceasefire agreement. All of the above helps us understand why Charles III is in an ideal position to play the role of a Middle East peace negotiator. By making himself known as a promoter of interfaith dialogue and defender of all faiths over the past 30 years, and by building strong diplomatic relationships with both Israeli and Arab leaders, including those who finances Hamas, Charles III is now able to exert influence on all of them to achieve peace. And spiritually blind people will praise his peace efforts because only “religious fanatics” would view peace as a negative thing.
Charles’s Coming Visit to Israel to Betray the Jews
After his coronation in May, The Times of Israel reported that Charles III is considering a trip to Israel and the “occupied Palestinian territories”, which would make him the first reigning British monarch to visit Israel. Charles had previously visited Israel three times in his role as the Prince of Wales, with the first two visits being unofficial trips to attend the funerals of Rabin and Peres. However, this would be his first visit to the Holy Land as the king. Is this upcoming visit the moment that Daniel 9:27 prophesied when it spoke of the Antichrist “confirming a covenant with many for one ‘seven’ (seven years)”?
Britain’s former king, George VI, tried to prevent European Jews from escaping the Holocaust to Palestine, and after World War II, and his secret service incited Arab countries to destroy the newly born Jewish state. Why should we expect this new king to be any more sympathetic towards Jews? Charles’s connections to the Gulf oil tycoons are highly questionable. The New York Post reported that from 2011 to 2015, he personally received millions of dollars from Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al-Thani, the former prime minister of Qatar. Sheikh Hamad served as Qatar’s prime minister from 2007 to 2013, during which time the Qatari government also funded Hamas, which mainly used the aid money to build tunnels to kill Jews.
These tunnel networks, under Al-Shifa Hospital, are intended for the transportation of Hamas fighters and weapons, not for the protection of civilians (according to Hamas official Moussa Abu Marzouk, it is not their responsibility to build bomb shelters for the defense of Gazan civilians, but rather the headache of Israel and the international community) Charles also made four state visits to Qatar between 2007 and 2015, despite the fact that the country has indirectly waged war against Israel by sponsoring Hamas and inciting anti-Jewish sentiment through Al-Jazeera news network. In 2015, Sheikh Hamad threatened Israel, saying: “You are surrounded by 400 million Arabs: You have the upper hand now, but you are besieged. Accept the 1967 borders, the two-state solution. Your advantage won’t last forever. Solve (the Palestinian issue) and terrorism will be dismantled.”
Sheikh Hamad doesn’t seem to understand (or perhaps understands very well) that it is precisely because of terrorism that Israel cannot accept a two-state solution. The Israel-Palestine conflict would have been resolved in 1947 if the Arabs had accepted the two-state solution and agreed to peaceful coexistence with the Jewish state. Israel provided the Palestinians with an opportunity for a two-state solution by withdrawing from Gaza in 2005, but they showed their gratitude to Israel by electing Hamas to power, an organization whose sole aim is to destroy the Jewish state and kill Jews. So why should Israel make the same mistake again on the West Bank?
Osama and Charles
In 2002, Osama Bin Laden wrote a letter to America explaining his motives behind his terror attacks against the United States. The letter recently gained renewed attention again when young TikTok users began sharing it, stating that it led to an “existential crisis” as they unexpectedly found themselves agreeing with many of Osama’s views on the evilness of American society. These young individuals were not Islamists but supporters of an extreme left-wing woke ideology. Of course, they ignored the parts where Osama referred to America’s sexual immorality and acceptance of homosexuality, but they aligned with the content of the letter in the following aspects:
You have destroyed nature with your industrial waste and gases more than any other nation in history. Despite this, you refuse to sign the Kyoto agreement so that you can secure the profit of your greedy companies and industries.
On this matter, Osama appeared to be partly an environmental terrorist, just like the Christchurch mosque terrorist Brenton Tarrant in 2019 and Patrick Crusius, who targeted the El Paso shopping center (Both of them cited their concern about overpopulation threatening the ecological balance of the earth as their main motive). Charles III shares Osama’s hatred towards America, stemming from his ecological beliefs.
Charles’s lack of trust of America is a recurring theme. He is not only critical of their lack of a coherent Middle East policy, but deeply concerned by the US’s refusal to sign up to any international convention on climate change – a stance made even worse by the current incumbent in the White House, President Donald Trump. Charles is also ‘horrified’ by US agri-industrial activities – the appalling animal welfare and environmental consequences of the cattle-feed-lot system… US administrations from George W. Bush to Donald Trump, Charles believes, have promulgated the industrialisation of nature throughout inherent unsustainable agricultural methods.

And as Charles complained in his letter in 1986 about the “Jewish lobby” in the US, Osama too complained in his own letter about how “Jews… control your politics, your media, and your economy.” In this light, it is not surprising that Charles accepted a donation of £1 million from Osama Bin Laden’s family in 2013. Charles met Osama’s brother, Bakr Bin Laden, in September 2020 and again two weeks after the September 11 terrorist attacks. Although media reports often claim that the Bin Laden family severed ties with Osama in 1994 due to his radical views, the families of the September 11 victims accused in the court the Bin Laden family business of financing terrorism, along with seven international banks, eight Islamic aid organizations, three Saudi princes, and the Sudanese government. The influential connections of the Bin Laden family and Saudi princes with individuals like Charles and the Bush family in the USA are the only reason why these parties have enjoyed immunity from criminal charges brought by the families of the September 11 victims.
